Our intention of organizing the competitive exams like Jr. Newton Talent Search exam is to increase the awareness as well as the importance and necessity of competitive exam in the life of students, since their childhood.

The Competitive Exam is a strong, positive and clear pathway, which will help and guide, the students to set a definite target for achievement.

In addition to the regular school curriculum, the students must have some study material which is constructive and scientifically designed so that the students will be well equipped to face any competitive exam, which will automatically boost up their moral and which will help to raise their confidence level.

Now the students are carefree /confident as they will be promoted to higher class till std VIII without exam, and without study so there is a great possibility that the students may neglect study. At the same time they will face a big problem to face further exam like std X and other competitive exams because they hardly used to study and lost the practice of appearing for exam.

Can the students or their parents take the risk or ignoring this problem Certainly Not. By considering this we ‘Brilliant Education Society’ have planned a "Seven Years Eductional Strategy" for the students of std. III to Std. IX as a social cum educational activity.

We wish the students should study the regular curriculum as well as the syllabus, which will help to add their general knowledge and to face the competitive exam.

It is difficult to assess the progress of students, if there will not be any exam, So the very purpose of “Jr. Newton Talent Search” exam is that the students should study in a particular and right direction and should concentrate at right and definite curriculum.

‘Brilliant Education Society’ will provide strong study material and will conduct exam and will assess the progress of students regularly.

This assessment (SWOT analysis) will help the students to know one’s own short comings and will be aware of necessary changes needed, while studying further to achieve the target. The parents should take efforts towards the attitude of seriousness of maintaining the regularity of students in each academic year and develop the desire for striving for perfection.

“Brilliant Education Society” is involved to provide good study material and has been conducting the activities like counseling, conducting seminars, for the progress and developments of student community.
